We proudly fabricate using the REHAU Total 70 profile system, a trusted name in British homes for decades. Total 70 is engineered for outstanding thermal performance and long term durability, but what makes it even more impressive is what lies beneath the surface.
The profile contains between 50 percent and 80 percent recycled PVCu content, carefully blended using advanced co extrusion technology. Recycled material forms the structural core, while a pristine outer layer ensures a flawless finish.
The result is a frame that looks immaculate, performs exceptionally and significantly reduces the demand for new raw materials. It is smart design meeting responsible manufacturing
High-Performance Profiles with Recycled Content
Many of the window profiles used by Prior Products are manufactured using a co-extrusion process. This innovative method allows recycled PVC to be used in the non-visible internal core of the profile, while the outer surface remains pristine and weather-resistant.
Key sustainability benefits include:
- Between 40% and 75% recycled material in selected profiles
- Long product lifespan, reducing replacement frequency
Excellent thermal efficiency, helping homes reduce energy consumptionle.
Combined with modern double or triple glazing, these profiles can contribute to significant reductions in heat loss, supporting lower household energy bills and reduced carbon footprints over time

Closing the Loop, Not Filling Landfill
Our environmental commitment does not end once a product leaves the factory. When we remove old PVC windows and doors from customers’ homes, they are not discarded. Alongside our production offcuts, they are sent to VEKA Recycling, specialists in closed loop PVCu recycling here in the UK.
Through a sophisticated mechanical recycling process, end of life frames are broken down, cleaned and processed back into high quality raw material. That material can then re-enter the manufacturing cycle, ready to begin life all over again. It is a continuous loop that keeps valuable resources in use and prevents thousands of tonnes of PVCu from going to landfill each year.
For homeowners, that means your old frames do not simply disappear. They are given a future.
