Dear Mr Hammond

On the 3rd September, one of your fitting teams installed new doors and windows in my home.  I am delighted with the results, quite a transformation.

From the initial, courteous visit by Neil the salesman, to the thoroughness of the surveyor, Chris, to the absolute professionalism of the fitter, Steve (Burton), I was truly impressed.

Both Chris and Steve faced appalling weather conditions to ensure that I had the best installation possible.  Nothing was too much trouble and I felt they really cared about the job they were doing, quite a novelty these days!

There have been a couple of small points needing clearing up since and Chris has again, done this with a smile.

If all your employees are as good as Chris and Steve, you are indeed fortunate.  I would certainly recommend them and Prior Products to anyone else considering replacement windows.

 Today people only tend to contact companies like yourself to complain about poor service levels etc.,  you can relax this is not such a communication.

Today we had a back door fitted by your company.  When I returned from work I was amazed at how good the door looked.  My wife also told me your guys were no trouble and cleared up all their mess.  In our opinion they are a credit to your company and if you do run some sort of employee recognition programme, we would like to nominate them for it.
