The reputation of a firm is dependent on the staff they employ. We had no knowledge of your company until a friend suggested we have a look at your product. >From the beginning we found Neale to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when he arrived to discuss our needs. However your biggest asset are Kevin and Nigel. They completed the fitting of thirteen windows, three doors and a patio door together with new guttering and capped fascia boards with friendly efficiency. The finish is excellent and we delighted with the end result.

We have to congratulate you especially on Steve, he didnt mind our granddaughter taking photos of his cement mixer which she insisted was called dizzy as in the one from Bob the Builder, nor did he mind her calling him Bob. he just kept smiling and stated that he knew nothing about the about that programme yet. They were all very nice men and have done yet again a superb job.

I would like to commend the two young men who came to install my new windows this week (Nov 10). They were very obliging and helpfull in fact they removed and replaced all the blinds, re-installed the television cable in the kitchen and cleared away all the rubbish. Both Mark and Phil were very friendly and co-operative, and it was a pleasure to have them.  They also did a splendid job in clearing up all the mess! This must have been one of the most difficult lot of windows they have had to put in, with all this preparation to do.
