You might be forgiven for thinking that we are starting to wind down as the festive season approaches but nothing could be further from the truth! Karen, our secretary is soon going to have to learn the art of answering two telephones at the same time as well as taking down new leads and enquiries writing with both hands. Mike B one of our fitters is having a busy week with a large installation of double glazing in Bidford, Warwickshire but has started the week with a strange request. We were called and asked if we could remove a window to allow a sofa to be removed. Mike was assigned the request and has carried this out in Tiddington. Week ending October 21st 2011 This week is the start of our busy period for fascias, soffits and guttering with both installations and sales enquiries. We have been very successful in Cheltenham this year but with a little more advertising in the right places, it would seem that Gloucester is following the lead from Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.

Since starting to advertise in the Cheltenham area recently, we have been impressed with the response that we have had there. It seems that our superb range of bespoke energy rated PVCu double glazing is going down a storm with our new customers. In certain areas we are back every week to do fittings. It may just be that having the kids at home for six weeks has put a dampener on home improvements but the nearer we get to the start of the new autumn term, the busier we have become. Possibly as a result of the awful weather that we had last winter there is a growing demand for our energy rated windows.
